Who we are

Big Funnel is a software platform owned and operated by Arthatech Softwares LLP. This notice covers our website, enquiries and WhatsApp campaign and CRM service. For customer-controlled records, we process information on the business customer’s instructions; that business remains responsible for its own notices and lawful use.

Information we process

We receive contact information and enquiries you provide. For authorised WhatsApp features, information may include business and WhatsApp account identifiers, phone numbers, connection credentials, templates, contacts, messages and attachments, delivery and read events, and replies. CRM records may include names, conversation history, lead stage, assigned agents, notes and follow-up tasks. The information comes from customers, their authorised Meta connections and the people communicating with them. Website delivery also involves technical request information such as IP addresses.

Purposes

Information supports authorised campaigns, replies, configured chatbot flows, human handoffs, lead management, campaign reporting and customer support. Access must be limited to enabled features. Customer data must not be used for unrelated profiling, sale of contact lists or disclosure of one customer’s conversations to another.

Meta and WhatsApp

Meta and WhatsApp process information under their own applicable terms and notices. Authorisation is granted through Meta; never send us your Facebook password. You can revoke Big Funnel’s connection through Meta’s business integration settings. Revocation stops future authorised access but does not itself delete existing records. Sharing and processing locations

Records are available to authorised customer team members and providers needed for the enabled service, including messaging infrastructure and support. Website hosting is provided by Vercel. Disclosures may also be required by law. Customer data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India), with disaster recovery in ap-south-2 (Hyderabad, India). Big Funnel does not use external AI providers to process customer data. Meta/WhatsApp and website or email service providers may process information under their own terms and in their own operating locations; the AWS region statement applies to our customer-data hosting, not every third-party service.

Retention and security

Customer account, message and CRM data is retained while the account is active for providing the service. If a customer account has no activity for a continuous period of 12 months, we automatically delete the customer data associated with that inactive account from our live systems. If an account is closed, its data is retained for no more than 90 days after closure, even if the 12-month inactivity period has not elapsed.

A verified deletion request takes priority: applicable data is deleted from live systems within 15 days of verification. Residual backup copies expire within 60 days after live-system deletion. Where information must be retained by law, we explain the applicable exception and restrict its use to that purpose. Business messages may be accessed by the receiving business and its authorised team; they do not remain exclusively on the sender’s device. No system can guarantee absolute security. Your requests and choices

Contact privacy@bigfunnel.io to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. For records controlled by a business that messaged you, contact that business first. You can also tell that business to stop marketing. Revoking an integration and deleting records are separate actions.

Website tracking

The marketing website provides product information and email links. Hosting services process technical requests to deliver the site. Contacting us by email shares the information you choose to send with us and the email service involved. This notice will be updated if we introduce additional tracking or change our processing practices.
